The Hawk International is really beginning to take shape now and with less than six weeks to go some of the top British riders have signed up to race the first major meeting of the year. Held at the fantastic Hawkstone Park venue on Sunday 10th February it will be a great start to the 2013 season.
The full Maxxis Kawasaki by LPE have entered their team consisting of former British MX1 Champion Brad Anderson who will be making his welcome return from a year racing in Australia and will be competing back at one of his favourite tracks.
Brad Anderson “It was good to have a year racing in Australia and it was something different but I’m glad to be back racing in the UK. Hawkstone is one of my favourite tracks and the LPE Kawasaki team have been great and I just want to get started now and have a good season and some good results.”
Joining him at Hawkstone will be his fellow team-mates up and coming Dorren Coutts and youngster Connor Walkley. A host of other top British Championship racers will be competing including Nez Parker, Scott Elderfield, Jamie Law and of course Tommy Searle in the MX1 Class.
In the MX2 Class top Irishman Graeme Irwin will be racing the Heads & All Threads Suzuki. Plus Liam Garland, Dan Thornhill, Adam Sterry, South African Neville Bradshaw and the Watson pairing of Ben and Nathan.
