Metal Mulisha Daniel Bodin 2013 Winter X Games Update

Metal Mulisha’s Daniel Bodin of Sweden put in some serious work before attending this years 2013 Winter X Games while competing in Snowmobile Freestyle. The competition consisted of 75-second runs, in which athletes pull off as many tricks as they could on the course of kickers and jumps with gaps ranging from 70 to 120 feet.

With a stacked field of competition and competitors giving it their all, Bodin went out onto the field throwing out some massive tricks and extensions. During the end of Bodins run, he was having some issues with his ski and still went for his huge KOD Flip taking on a ski-stab nosedive fall after a huge backflip. Daniel popped right up like nothing happend after that nasty-looking fall with a 100-plus-foot jump and 500-pound sled almost taking him out. Even the ESPN X Games commentators where shocked saying “I can’t believe he got up from that.” Bodin went right into the pits started working on his sled, but he didn’t return for the second round, taking 4th place in the 2013 Winter X Games Snowmobile Freestyle competition.
