Last weekend in Valkenswaard Frenchman Steven Frossard missed the main event on Sunday due to a cracked bone in his foot, but word this afternoon from the Yamaha camp is looking good for a return to racing at the next world championship round in Italy on April 14th.
Steven had this to say about his operation on Tuesday:
“I’m back home in Lyon now. I had surgery in Belgium, the doctors put a pin in my metatarsus and now I have to wait as my foot is still painful. Then we will prepare some specific protection to put in my boot, and I expect to race in Italy. Thanks for all your nice messages!”
