First Day Trial Aragon, Pedrosa Fastest

INbolnet - The trial was held during the two-day MotoGP circuit in Aragon, Spain on 4-5 September. Dani Pedrosa of Repsol Honda managed to be the fastest on the first day.

In this time trial, only Yamaha and Honda who participated. Meanwhile, Ducati decided to conduct a closed test in Mugello Circuit, Italy.

Ten Kate Honda rider in World Superbike (WSBK), Jonathan Rea appeared for the second time in MotoGP testing. It replaces other Repsol Honda rider, Casey Stoner, who is still in the healing stage ankle injury. Rea also will replace Stoner at Aragon MotoGP San Marino and the future.

LCR Honda rider, Stefan Bradl a chance to drive a motor manufacturer's specification RC213V. While the Yamaha Factory Racing rider Jorge Lorenzo tested chassis motorcycle YZR-M1 2013.

2. Jorge Lorenzo - Yamaha Factory - 1m 48.471s (38 laps)
3. Ben Spies - Yamaha Factory - 1m 48.647s (56 laps)
4. Stefan Bradl - LCR Honda MotoGP - 1m 49.570s (42 laps)
5. Jonathan Rea - Repsol Honda - 1m 50.679s (69 laps)

The best time trials each constructor in Aragon, June 2012:
Yamaha: Jorge Lorenzo - Yamaha Factory - 1m 49.187s
Ducati: Hector Barbera - Pramac Racing - 1m 50.196s
Honda: Alvaro Bautista - Gresini Honda - 1m 50.294s *)
